Creator Program Terms
Last updated: July 2026 · Operated by NGANKWE LTD (Company No. 16595560, England & Wales)
1. The program
Accounts are approved automatically upon signup and receive a personal referral link (truestatue.com/?ref=YOURCODE). Sales attributed to your link earn a commission. Attribution is link-based only, via a 30-day first-touch cookie — there is no coupon code at checkout.
2. Commission
- Base rate: 15% of the product subtotal (including paid add-ons) of each attributed order.
- Tiers: 18% from 10 sales/month, 20% + free products from 25 sales/month, at our confirmation.
- Commissions are confirmed 30 days after the sale (our money-back guarantee window). A refunded or disputed order voids its commission.
3. Payouts
- Minimum payout: $50 of confirmed commissions.
- Exception: your first payout only is unlocked as soon as your link reaches 5 total sales, even if your confirmed balance is still under $50.
- Requested payouts are sent by PayPal weekly.
- You are responsible for any taxes on your commissions in your jurisdiction.
4. Free product offer
You may order one figurine (up to 15 cm) to create content. If your link generates 10 validated sales within 90 days of your order, we refund that product 100%. One refundable product per creator.
5. FTC disclosure — mandatory
US law requires you to clearly disclose your material connection to TrueStatue on every post containing your link: a visible #ad, "commissioned link" or equivalent, unavoidable and not buried in hashtags. Failure to disclose results in removal from the program and forfeiture of unconfirmed commissions.
6. Prohibited
- Purchasing through your own link (self-referral) — automatically blocked and voided.
- Bidding on "TrueStatue" or our domain in paid search ads.
- Spam, misleading claims about the product, or impersonating the brand.
- Any artificial traffic, incentivized clicks, or fraudulent orders.
7. Term
We may approve, refuse, suspend or terminate any account at our discretion, including for breach of these terms. Confirmed, unpaid commissions at termination (except for fraud or disclosure breaches) remain payable at the next payout date. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
